Custom Agent Page Setup Guide

Overview

The Custom Agent Page allows you to create a personalized interface where users can interact with both chat and voice agents configured within your tenant. You can fully customize the public-facing page, including its theme colors, title, description, and the agents displayed. Once created, this page can be embedded or shared via a unique public URL for seamless customer interactions.


Use Cases

  • Deploy a branded support experience by embedding the custom agent page into your website or app.
  • Share the page link with users to offer direct access to both chat and voice-based assistance.
  • Assign different agent combinations and themes for different departments, user groups, or campaigns.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Create a Custom Agent Page

  1. Navigate to the Menu
    • From the left-hand side menu, click on "Custom Agent Page".

      Click “Create Link”

    • Tap the “Create Link” button to start configuring a new agent page.
  2. Fill in the Required Fields:

    Click “Create”

    • After entering the necessary information, click the “Create” button.
    • Your new custom agent page link will now appear in the list.

Title Provide a clear and user-friendly title for the page.
Description Add a short description to help users understand the purpose of the page.
Chat Agents Select from the list of available chat agents configured in your tenant.
Voice Agents Select from the list of available voice agents in your tenant.
Customize Theme Choose theme colors to match your brand identity: - Primary Color: e.g., #08086E - Secondary Color: e.g., #2E2EBD

Managing Your Custom Pages

Once your link is created, you can manage it directly from the list:

  • Edit – Modify the agents, description, title, or theme.
  • Delete – Remove the custom page if it's no longer needed.
  • Copy Link – Use the copy icon to quickly copy the public URL for distribution or embedding.

Usage

You can now share or embed the generated public URL wherever needed. This enables users to engage with your selected chat and voice agents directly through the customized interface, using the branding and settings you configured.
