Export Feed – Meeting Assistants

The Export Reports feature in Meeting Assistants enables users to generate detailed, customizable summaries of their meetings. Users can choose between different report templates, including call analysis and medical diagnosis reports, and optionally include the full transcript. All reports are securely exported in PDF format, adhering to Thunai’s data privacy standards.

Step 1: Access the Meeting Assistants Section

1. Log in to the Thunai Portal.
2. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select Meeting Assistants.
3. Select any meeting feed from the list.
4. Click the Export button available within the feed view.

Step 2: Choose Export Template

Once the export option is selected, users will be prompted to choose one of the following report templates:

1. Call Score Analysis Export

Includes:

• Summary: A concise overview of the conversation.
• Action Items: Key decisions, follow-ups, and responsibilities captured during the meeting.
• Call Scoring Analysis: Evaluates the quality of the conversation, speaker behavior, and sentiment.

Transcript (Optional):

• A checkbox labeled "Include full transcript in export" will be available.
• If checked, the report will include the full meeting transcript.
• If unchecked, only the summarized insights will be exported.

2. Medical Diagnosis Report

Includes:

• Diagnosis-related insights captured during the session.
• Structured data based on medical context, including symptoms, diagnosis notes, and treatment references if applicable.

Export Format

• Reports will be generated in PDF format.
• All exported data will adhere to Thunai's data security and privacy standards.
