Azure Blob Storage Integration with Thunai

Overview

By connecting your Azure Blob Storage container to Thunai, you can sync files from your storage container directly into Thunai Brain and Meeting Assistants feeds. This enables continuous knowledge enrichment and intelligent meeting assistance through periodic sync.

• Automatically sync documentation, notes, and other files from Azure Blob Storage to Thunai.
• Enhance Thunai Brain’s intelligence by feeding it updated content from Azure Blob Storage.
• Keep meeting insights and assistants updated with the latest materials stored in Azure.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Login to Thunai and Connect to Azure Blob Storage

• Open the Thunai application.
• Navigate to the "Azure Blob Storage" option in the menu.
• Click on the "Connect" button.

Getting Azure Blob Storage Access Details

To connect Thunai (or another app) with Azure Blob Storage, you will need:

• Access Key or Connection String
• Container Name

1. Get Access Key or Connection String

1. Log in to the Azure Portal.
2. In the search bar, type Storage accounts and select your storage account.

3. From the left-hand menu, go to Security + networking → Access keys.

   You’ll see:

   • Storage account name
   • Key1 / Key2 (Access Keys)

   • Connection Strings

     Copy either:

   • The Access Key (Key1/Key2), or
   • The full Connection String (recommended for easier setup).

2. Get Container Name

1. Inside the same storage account, go to Data storage → Containers.
2. You’ll see a list of containers (e.g., documents , backups ).
3. Select the container you want to connect.
4. Copy the Container Name exactly as shown.

Step 2: Enter Azure Blob Storage Details

Provide the following information to establish the connection:

• Access Key or Connection String
• Container Name

Step 3: Establish Connection

• After entering the details, Thunai will attempt to connect with your Azure Blob Storage.
• Upon successful connection, the storage integration will be confirmed.

Step 4: Enable Periodic Sync

• Enable the Periodic Sync feature to continuously pull files from Azure Blob Storage.
• Synced files will automatically update the Brain and Meeting Assistants feeds.
