How to Set Up Google Calendar Integration

Step 1: Access the Thunai Application

1. Log in to your Thunai account.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Meeting Assistants.

Step 2: Access Calendar Sync

1. On the Meeting Assistants page, click on Calendar Sync.
2. A popup will appear — select Google Calendar, then click Connect to begin the synchronization process.

Step 3: Google Login

1. You will be redirected to the Google login page.
2. Enter your Google email address, click Next, then enter your password.
3. Thunai will request permission to access your Google Calendar and basic account information. Click Allow to grant access.

Step 4: Choose Calendars to Sync

1. After successful authorization, select the Google Calendar(s) you wish to sync with Thunai.

Step 5: Sync Events

• Once integrated, Thunai will automatically sync your Google Calendar events.
• You can view, edit, and create new events directly within the Thunai dashboard.
• Any changes made in Thunai will automatically reflect in your Google Calendar, and vice versa — ensuring both calendars remain updated and consistent.
