Metric Dashboard – Support Guide
The Metric Dashboard allows you to analyse and track meeting data across your organisation with a range of filters and visual insights.
Step 1: Enable Metric Dashboard
- Click on the Meeting Assistants menu.
- Select Call Score Settings.
- Enable the Metric Dashboard toggle.
Step 2: Access the Metric Dashboard
- Once enabled, the Metric Dashboard option will appear in the menu.
- Click on it to be redirected to the Dashboard page.
Use Cases of the Metric Dashboard
The dashboard provides insights into all meetings across the tenant and supports the following views and filters:
- Overall Meeting Overview
- View meetings across the tenant for all users.
- Filter meetings Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, or Date-wise.
- Call Score-Based Filters (Under Timeline)
- Filter meetings based on their call score (e.g., high-performing vs. low-performing calls).
- Sentiment-Based Filters (Under Timeline)
- View meetings categorised by sentiments:
- Positive
- Neutral
- Negative
- View meetings categorised by sentiments:
- Language-Based Filters (Under Timeline)
- Filter meetings by the language used during the call.
- Category-Based Filters (Under Timeline)
- Filter meetings by defined categories (e.g., Sales, Support, Feedback).
