Integration Steps

Step 1 – Login to Thunai Portal

  1. Go to https://app.thunai.ai
  2. Sign in using your registered Thunai credentials

Step 2 – Connect Microsoft Teams

  1. Navigate to Applications in the left-side menu
  2. Find the Microsoft Teams card and click Connect
  3. Verify your Microsoft Teams workspace and click Allow to authorize access
  4. Click Continue to finalize the integration
  5. Once connected, click Explore to begin using Teams with Thunai AI

Step 3 – Configure Microsoft Teams Features

  1. Click the Microsoft Teams card to view available integration options
  2. Under Teams Direct Messaging, toggle the switch to Enable
  3. Click Save to activate direct messaging with Thunai AI within Teams
