Adding Thunai AI Agent to Microsoft Teams Meetings

Step 1: Access the Thunai Application

1. Log in to your Thunai account.
2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Meeting Agents.

3. Click Calendar Sync if your calendar is not already synced.

   Choose your Microsoft Outlook calendar to sync your Teams meetings.

   Note: If you prefer to create events manually:

   • Click Create Event.
   • Fill in the meeting details for Microsoft Teams.
   • Click Save. The event will appear in the Meeting List.

Step 2: Enable Thunai AI Agent for Teams Meetings

1. In the Meeting List, toggle ON the switch to add meeting agents.

   Choose the meeting type:

   • Single Meeting: The AI Agent joins only this specific meeting.
   • Recurring Meetings: The AI Agent will automatically join all upcoming instances of the recurring meeting.

Step 3: AI Agent Participation and Meeting Summary

• Once enabled, the Thunai AI Agent will automatically join your selected Microsoft Teams meetings.
• After the meeting concludes, the agent will generate a meeting summary.
• Access the summary from the My Feeds section within the Thunai platform.
