Adding Thunai AI Agent to Google Meet

Step 1: Access the Thunai Application

1. Log in to your Thunai account.

   From the left-hand menu, go to Meeting Assistants.

   If your calendar is not synced:

   • Click Calendar Sync.

   • Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to sync your meetings.

     Alternatively, you can manually create a meeting:

   • Click Create Event.
   • Enter the Google Meet details.
   • Save the event — it will now appear in your Meeting List.

Step 2: Enable Thunai AI Agent for Meetings

1. In the Meeting List, locate the event and enable the toggle to add a Thunai AI Agent.

   Choose the participation type:

   • Single Meeting: The agent will join only this specific meeting.
   • Recurring Meetings: The agent will automatically join all recurring meetings.

Step 3: AI Agent Participation & Meeting Summary

• Once enabled, the Thunai AI Agent will automatically join your selected Google Meet sessions.
• After the meeting concludes, the AI Agent will generate a Meeting Summary.
• Access this summary by navigating to My Feeds within the Thunai application.
