Adding Thunai AI Agent to Zoom Meetings

Step 1: Access the Thunai Application

1. Log in to your Thunai account.

   From the left-hand menu, navigate to Meeting Assistants.

   If your calendar is not yet synced:

   • Click Calendar Sync.
   • Choose your Google or Outlook calendar.
   • This will sync your upcoming Zoom meetings to the Thunai platform.

OR

• Click Create Event to add a Zoom meeting manually.
• Fill in the meeting details and click Save.
• The event will now appear in your Meeting List.

Step 2: Enable Thunai AI Agent for Meetings

1. In the Meeting List, locate the meeting and toggle the switch to enable Thunai AI Agent.

   Select the meeting type:

   • Single Meeting: The agent will join this one Zoom session.
   • Recurring Meetings: The agent will join all daily recurring meetings automatically.

Step 3: AI Agent Participation & Meeting Summary

• Once enabled, the Thunai AI Agent will automatically join the selected Zoom meetings.
• After each session, a meeting summary will be generated.
• You can find these summaries under the My Feeds > Meeting Agents section.
