Live Recordings & Adding Meeting Recordings to Meeting Assistants

Live Recordings

1. Navigate to the Quick Actions section located at the bottom-left of the screen.

   Select the Recording option to begin a:

   • Live recording — real-time audio/video capture.

   • Offline recording — pre-scheduled or manually started recording.

     After the meeting concludes:

   • The AI Agent automatically processes the recording.
   • A meeting summary will be generated and available under the My Feeds section.

Adding Meeting Recordings to Meeting Assistants

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Meeting Assistants.

   Click Add, then select Upload File to begin the upload process.

   Upload one of the following:

   • Supported video or audio files.

   • S3 URLs (Amazon Simple Storage Service links) for direct upload.

     For periodic/automated uploads:

   • Configure AWS or Azure integration settings within the platform.

     Once uploaded:

   • The files will be processed.
   • Recordings will appear in the Meeting Assistants Feed.
