- Log In to Your Thunai Account:

- Select "Applications" from the dropdown.
- Explore the Application Directory:
- You’ll be directed to the Application Directory, where you can view and manage various integrations.
Step 2: Connect Gmail
- Find Gmail in the Application Directory:
- In the Application Directory, locate the Gmail integration card.
- Initiate the Connection:
- Click the "Connect" button under the Gmail section.
- Authorize Access:
- You will be redirected to the Google Authorization Page to grant the necessary permissions.
Step 3: Grant Gmail Access
- Select Your Gmail Account:
- On the Google Authorization Page, choose the Gmail account you want to integrate with Thunai.

After successfully connecting to Gmail, you can easily send emails directly through Thunai’s AI Chat Agents and Voice Agents, eliminating the need to switch to your Gmail inbox.
Option 1: Sending Emails with Thunai AI Chat Agent
- Launch the Thunai AI Chat Agent: Open the AI Chat Agent within the Thunai application.
- Enter Your Command: Type your request, such as:
- "Draft an email about today's meeting and send it to John Doe."
- "Send a follow-up email to Sarah regarding the project update."
- AI Drafts the Email: Thunai’s AI will automatically generate the email based on your instructions.
- Review or Send Instantly: You can either review the draft before sending or choose to send it immediately through Thunai.
Option 2: Sending Emails with Thunai Voice Agent
- Activate the Thunai Voice Agent: Open the Voice Agent within the Thunai application.
- Speak Your Command: Give your instructions, such as:
- "Send an email to Michael summarizing today's meeting."

- Confirmation and Sending: The Voice Agent will confirm the details with you and either send the email immediately or ask for your approval before sending.
