Workflow Integration for Email Agents

Step 1: Create an Email Agent

1. Go to the Email Agents menu.
2. Click Create Email Agent.
3. Fill in all mandatory fields as per your requirements.
4. Click Save to create the Email Agent.

Step 2: Configure Workflow for the Email Agent

1. Open the Email Agent you created.
2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
3. From the Application dropdown, select Slack.
4. Choose the Slack channels where Email Inbox summaries should be sent.
5. Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 3: Verify Integration

1. Once configured, all Email Inbox summaries will be automatically sent to the mapped Slack channels.
2. Verify that the emails are being correctly delivered in the selected Slack channels.

Step 4: Activate the Email Agent Beacon

1. Open the Email Agent Beacon.
2. Email Inbox summaries will now be seamlessly sent to the mapped Slack channels.
