Thunai Email Agents – HubSpot Workflow Integration Guide

Email Inbox summaries are seamlessly sent to HubSpot:

  • By creating new contacts if not found.
  • Or by updating existing contacts with new Email Inbox summaries data.

Workflow Integration for Email Agents

Step 1: Enable Workflow in Thunai Application

  1. Navigate to the Application section.
  2. Locate and open the HubSpot app.
  3. Enable the Allow Workflow toggle.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 2: Create an Email Agent

  1. Go to the Email Agents menu.
  2. Click Create Email Agent.
  3. Fill in all mandatory fields as per your requirements.
  4. Click Save to create the email agent.

Step 3: Configure Workflow for the Email Agent

  1. Open the Email Agent you created.
  2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
  3. From the Application dropdown, select HubSpot.
  4. Choose the HubSpot accounts where Email Inbox summaries should be sent.
  5. Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 4: Verify Integration

Once configured, all Email Inbox summaries will be automatically sent to the mapped HubSpot account.

  • Verify that the Email Inbox mails are being correctly logged in HubSpot under the respective contacts.

Step 5: Activate the Email Agent Beacon

  1. Open the Email Agent Beacon.

    Once the beacon is active:

    • If the contact does not exist in HubSpot, a new contact will be created and the Email Inbox summaries will be attached.
    • If the contact already exists, the system will update the existing contact with the new Email Inbox summaries.
