Thunai Email Agents – Redmine Workflow Integration Guide
This guide walks you through integrating Redmine with Thunai Email Agents for seamless ticket management and workflow automation.
Key Features of Redmine Integration
Create New Tickets
Easily raise tickets through the Thunai email agent interface.
Link to Similar Tickets
If a new issue matches an existing one, the agent can link them for better tracking.
Custom Fields Support
Map Redmine custom fields to the email agent. Once issue type and field mapping are set, agents will collect the required data from users during ticket creation.
