Thunai Chat Agents can be integrated with Google Forms to automatically provide users with relevant forms based on their queries and predefined instructions.

Workflow Integration for Chat Agents

Step 1: Create a Chat Agent

1. Go to the Chat Agents menu.
2. Click Create Chat Agent.
3. Fill in all the mandatory fields as per your requirements.
4. Click Save to create the Chat Agent.

Step 2: Configure Workflow for the Chat Agent

1. Open the Chat Agent you created.
2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
3. From the Application dropdown, select Google Forms.
4. Add the relevant fields and paste your Google Form link.

5. Fill in the instruction (e.g.,

   “If users need a franchise for the {product}, please provide them with this form.”)

6. Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 3: Activate the Chat Agent Beacon

1. Open the Chat Agent Beacon.
2. Once activated, if a user query matches the instruction, the Chat Agent will automatically respond with the appropriate Google Form link.

Agent Response: “Please fill out this form to apply for a franchise for {Shop Name}: [Google Form Link]”
