Workflow Integration for Voice Agents

Step 1: Create a Voice Agent

1. Go to the Voice Agents menu.
2. Click Create Voice Agent.
3. Fill in all mandatory fields based on your requirements.
4. Click Save to create the voice agent.

Step 2: Configure Workflow for the Voice Agent

1. Open the Voice Agent you created.
2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
3. From the Application dropdown, select Teams.
4. Choose the Teams chat group where conversation summaries should be sent.
5. Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 3: Open the Voice Agent Beacon

1. Open the Voice Agent Beacon.
2. The conversation summary will be sent to the selected Teams chat group.

Step 4: Verify Integration

1. After configuration, all conversations handled by the voice agent will be sent to the mapped Teams chat group.
2. Ensure that the summaries are being correctly delivered in Teams.
