Workflow Integration for Voice Agents

Step 1: Enable Google Sheets Write from Agents in Google Workspace

  1. Navigate to the Application section.
  2. Locate and open the Google Workspace app.
  3. Enable the option: Google Sheets Write from Agents.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 2: Create a Voice Agent

  1. Go to the Voice Agents menu.
  2. Click Create Voice Agent.
  3. Fill in all the mandatory fields as per your requirements.
  4. Click Save to create the voice agent.

Step 3: Configure Workflow for the Voice Agent

  1. Open the Voice Agent you created.
  2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
  3. From the Application dropdown, select Google Sheets.
  4. Choose an existing Google Sheet from the dropdown, or create a new one by using the Add Sheets option, then select it from the list.
  5. This sheet will be used to receive conversation summaries.
  6. Click Save to confirm the settings.

Step 4: Verify Integration

  • After the workflow configuration, all conversations handled by the voice agent will be automatically logged in the selected Google Sheet.
  • Verify that summaries are correctly appearing in the mapped sheet.

Step 5: Open Voice Agent Beacon

  • Open the Voice Agent Beacon.
  • The conversation summaries will now be sent to the mapped Google Sheet.
