Workflow Integration for Chat Agents

Step 1: Create a Chat Agent

  • Go to the Chat Agents menu.
  • Click Create Chat Agent.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields based on your requirements.
  • Click Save to create the Chat Agent.

Step 2: Configure Workflow for the Chat Agent

  • Open the Chat Agent you created.
  • Navigate to the Workflow section.
  • From the Application dropdown, select email.
  • Enter the emails where conversation summaries should be sent.
  • Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 3: Verify Integration

  • After configuration, all conversations handled by the Chat Agent will be sent to the mapped email accounts.
  • Ensure that the messages are being correctly logged in email.

Step 4: Enable Conversation Summary

  • Open the Chat Agent beacon.
  • The conversation summary will be sent to the mapped email accounts.
