Workflow Integration for Chat Agents
Step 1: Create a Chat Agent
- Go to the Chat Agents menu.
- Click Create Chat Agent.
- Fill in all mandatory fields based on your requirements.
- Click Save to create the Chat Agent.
Step 2: Configure Workflow for the Chat Agent
- Open the Chat Agent you created.
- Navigate to the Workflow section.
- From the Application dropdown, select email.
- Enter the emails where conversation summaries should be sent.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Step 3: Verify Integration
- After configuration, all conversations handled by the Chat Agent will be sent to the mapped email accounts.
- Ensure that the messages are being correctly logged in email.
Step 4: Enable Conversation Summary
- Open the Chat Agent beacon.
- The conversation summary will be sent to the mapped email accounts.
