Workflow Integration for Voice Agents

Step 1: Enable Workflow in HubSpot

  1. Navigate to the Application section.
  2. Locate and open the HubSpot app.
  3. Enable the Allow Workflow toggle.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes

Step 2: Create a Voice Agent

  1. Go to the Voice Agents menu.
  2. Click Create Voice Agent.
  3. Fill in all mandatory fields based on your requirements.
  4. Click Save to create the voice agent.

Step 3: Configure Workflow for the Voice Agent

  1. Open the Voice Agent you created.
  2. Navigate to the Workflow section.
  3. From the Application dropdown, select HubSpot.
  4. Choose the HubSpot accounts where conversation summaries should be sent.
  5. Click Save to apply the settings.

Step 4: Verify Integration

After configuration, all conversations handled by the voice agent will be sent to the mapped HubSpot account. Ensure that the conversation summaries are correctly logged in HubSpot.


Step 5: Activate Voice Agent Beacon

Open the voice agent beacon. Your conversation summary will be sent to HubSpot by:

  • Creating a new contact, or
  • Updating an existing contact if the same one is already present.
