How Thunai works in the Zoom meeting
Once the integration and settings are configured, Thunai is ready to join your Zoom meetings by prompting to ask to join the meeting.
- When your Zoom meeting starts, the Thunai bot will prompt asking to join the meeting.
You will get a notification that Thunai is requesting to record this meeting. Click Approve to let thunai record the meeting.
Next, Zoom will announce the bot's presence and inform participants that the meeting is being recorded and a prompt asking permission to record this meeting locally. You'll see a recording indicator next to the Thunai bot, signalling that it's recording the meeting.
Upon ending the meeting, the notes for each meeting will be visible on your Thunai portal.
Methods to add Thunai notetaker to meetings.
1.Add Notetaker to Scheduled Meetings
To have your notetaker join the scheduled meeting in your calendar. It is first necessary to have your calendar integrated and manually have which meetings to attend.
Step 1 : Click on Calendar Sync and have your calendar connected.
Step 2 : Click on the preferred calendar and get your calendar connected.
Step 3 : List of meeting will be displayed in the upcoming events section. Manually, enable which meetings the Thunai notetaker should attend.
Once enabled on specific meetings, Thunai's notetaker will be prompting to join the meeting to take notes.
2. Add Notetaker to Live Meetings
Step 1 : Navigate to Meeting Assistants and Click on the Plus icon to click on "Create Event".
Step 2 : Click on Zoom tab and fill in the required details.
Upon submission, the meeting agent will join the live meeting that's going on and once process you will get the summary and other meeting details within your portal.
