The Outlook Calendar Integration with Thunai enables smooth synchronization between your Outlook Calendar and Thunai’s scheduling platform. This integration allows users to manage their calendar events directly within the Thunai interface, streamlining the process of scheduling and tracking appointments, meetings, and tasks. With this seamless integration, users can ensure that their Outlook and Thunai calendars stay in sync in real-time, keeping all event data, notifications, and updates consistent across both platforms.

Step 1: Access the Thunai Application

  • You can log in to your Thunai account.
  • In the left-hand menu, click on the ‘Meeting Assistants’ option.

Step 2: Access Calendar Sync

  • On the Meeting Assistants page, click on ‘Calendar Sync’.
  • A popup will appear. Select the Microsoft Outlook Calendar option, then click ‘Connect’ to begin the synchronization process.

Step 3: Microsoft Login

  • You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
  • Enter your Outlook email address and click ‘Next’.
  • Enter your password and click ‘Sign in’.
  • Thunai will ask for permission to access your Outlook Calendar and basic account information. Click ‘Allow’ to grant access and authorize the connection.

Step 4: Choose Calendars to Sync

  • After successful authorization, you will be prompted to select which Outlook Calendar(s) you wish to sync with Thunai.

Step 5: Sync Events

  • Once the integration is complete, Thunai will automatically sync your Outlook Calendar events.
  • You can now view, edit, and create new events directly within the Thunai dashboard.
  • Any changes made in Thunai will automatically reflect in your Outlook Calendar, and vice versa, ensuring both calendars stay up to date.
