Brain Setup Guide in Thunai
It's a core component of Thunai, working alongside chat, call, and voice agents to facilitate seamless communication and action. Key features include sales enablement, smart note-taking, marketing support, integration, ease of use, and data security. It learns and adapts to user interactions, becoming more personalized and effective over time.
Step 1: Login into the app with the credentials and click on the brain option in the left menu
Step 2: To upload new files, click the Add button located in the upper-right corner.
Step 3: After clicking the Add button, you'll be directed to a page with several upload options. Select the type of file you wish to upload, such as an audio file, video file, PDF, or text document.
Step 4: In addition to uploading files directly from your device, you can also add files by entering their URLs.
Step 5: Files can be uploaded by Text document also
Step 6: We can also do the periodic sync for the files with the periodic sync option
Step 7: After entering the necessary details, click Next to finalize the file upload. Once completed, the uploaded files will be processed and made available under Recent Files in the Brain section. Thunai supports various file types, including PDFs, websites, YouTube videos, audio files, Google Docs, and Google Slides. The platform will summarize these files, establish connections between topics, and build a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing your company, products, and industry trends.
