Thunai Revenue AI – Overview & User Guide


Thunai Revenue AI helps you manage your contacts, track and analyze opportunities, and configure opportunity detection rules based on meetings and email activity. With AI-driven tagging, confidence scoring, and smart domain filtering, Thunai Revenue AI streamlines the relationship management and sales discovery process across your organization.


Revenue AI Menu Sections

Thunai Revenue AI consists of the following key sections:

  • Contacts
  • Opportunities
  • Opportunity Agent Configuration
  • Settings


1. Contacts

This section allows you to manage your Revenue AI contact base.

Features:

Add/Edit/Delete Contacts:

  • Manually: Add contacts through the UI.

    Automatically:

    • Meeting Feeds: Participants of meetings are auto-added.
    • Email Logs: Email recipients tracked via the Chrome extension are added as contacts.

Contact List Displays:

  • High Engagement Contacts Count

Viewing Contact Details:

  • Activity Section:

    Shows contact Activity Timeline from:

    • Meetings attended
    • Tracked email logs

Privacy Control:

  • Activities are public by default, visible to all users within the tenant.
  • You can mark individual activities as Private, which will hide them from other users.

Opportunities:

Opportunities tab list you an Overview on Avg. Confidence score of this particular contact and Active Ops Count ,

This tab also lists all the opportunities that have  linked to this particular contact and , we also have an option to create a new opportunity right here in this tab and track it

Action Items:

Action items that has been captured from any interaction with this contact, through different mediums Like Calls , Emails , is been listed here.

Assign each Action Items to an user  using the Drop Down menu

Track Each task progress between To Do , Pending , InProgess and Completed

Maturity Indicators:

  • Activities are automatically tagged with maturity indicators based on their context and nature.

AI Assistants:

  1. Schedule Meeting – You can schedule meetings directly with your contacts using Google Meet. Simply connect your Google Workspace with Thunai, and schedule from here.
  2. Draft Email – For follow-ups, you can request Thunai to draft an email based on the opportunity. The AI will generate context-aware email content tailored to that contact and opportunity.

2. Opportunity Agent Configurations

This section lets you define how opportunities are detected and categorized across the Revenue AI system.

Key Configuration Areas:

Setting Description
Definition Define what constitutes an opportunity based on engagement signals.
Indicators Configure keywords, engagement patterns, or behaviors that indicate potential interest.
Stages Define the various stages of your opportunity pipeline (e.g., Discovery, Proposal, Closure).
Confidence Assign confidence scores to combinations of indicators and stages for automated tagging.

Note: Default values are pre-set. You can customize them as per your process. Based on these configurations, opportunities will be automatically detected and linked to contacts based on meeting feeds and email logs


3. Opportunities

Opportunities are automatically detected and managed based on the configured settings.

How Opportunities Are Identified:

  • Thunai scans:
    • Meeting Feeds
    • Email Logs
  • If these activities match any defined indicators, stages, and confidence levels, they are shown as opportunities.

Opportunity Details:

Summary View:

  • High-level overview of the opportunity.

Sources:

  • Shows origin: Meetings or Emails.

Maturity Indicators:

  • Tags aligned with defined opportunity rules.

Confidence Score:

  • Confidence percentage based on the matched pattern.

Privacy Control:

  • By default, opportunities are public, visible to all users in the tenant.
  • You can change visibility to private per opportunity.

Opportunity List Metrics:

  • In Contact View:
    • Total Value (in USD)
    • Average Confidence (%)
    • Active Opportunities (%)

  • In Main Opportunities Section:
    • Total Value (in USD)
    • Active Deals (%)
    • Average Confidence (%)
  • Merge With Other:

      You can Merge any discovered opportunity to an already existing opportunity using this button

  • Analysis:

     Analysis will give you deep insight on the key feature requests and asks, an idea on what you need to prepare and also it will add AI strategic Insights with respect to that contact  

  • Sources:  

      Sources List down all the meeting and call recording or any other source through with the opportunity has been discovered , which can be used for reference at any point of time

Funnel View:

  • The Funnel View allows you to track opportunities across different stages.
    • Each stage includes an Ask Thunai option, which provides AI-powered summaries of the opportunities in that stage.

      These summaries highlight key sections such as:

      • High Engagement Deals Overview
      • Key Feature Requests & Asks
      • What You Need to Prepare
      • AI Strategic Insights

4.Settings

Domain Restriction:

  • You can restrict specific domains from being added.
  • Restricted domains cannot be added manually or automatically.

CRM Connections:

Manage your CRM Connections,  and Enable or Disable Sync with each CRM here  

Currency:

Select your Preferred Currency Here
